Iif you have a heart for justice, for human rights, for poor, oppressed, violated women and girls, you must make the effort to inform yourself. The information is available – you just have to look for it.

Sometimes the size of the world's problems seems overwhelming. You can't fix the world, but you can make a difference in the lives of one woman, one girl, a group of women, a family, a village ... whatever the number, you can help.
A few brave souls, specially skilled and equipped, will go into the field, live in refugee camps or grass huts, and work hands-on. Realistically though, most people won't have this "up close and personal" experience; they don't have the special skills, experience, local contacts, or infrastructure and resources backing them.
Many non-profit organizations do have what it takes to be effective in relieving and overcoming injustice in poor nations, but it costs money. So the most effective way you can help is to support these organizations with financial gifts so they can continue their work.
